In today’s world, selling IT products and services is a highly competitive adventure. The challenge for the sales group at CAI was to meet their individual goals as they worked in a team structure. TCG provided support to the sales team by administering and analyzing their individual and group strengths using the MBTI. In order to increase their working relationships the team was facilitated through a series of experiential initiatives that allowed them to expand their individual capabilities while appreciating the diversity of their team.
