SPIPolyols has experienced multiple changes in recent years. Some of those changes affected customer service and product delivery. It was time to redesign some of their basic production processes and get specific feedback from their customer. TCG facilitated a comprehensive redesign to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of their basic operational functioning in specific response to customer input and product delivery. TCG facilitated a cross functional taskforce that was charged with creating and coordinating a process to close the strategic gaps in the sales, manufacturing, and product delivery. As a result, SPI received valuable feedback from their customers and was able to adjust their processes to meet specific customer needs.
