Facilitation Support

Facilitation is a skill acquired by those who appreciate the intricacies of group dynamics. Excellence in facilitation develops through the experience of working with large and small groups of diverse individuals. Facilitated sessions may be formal – i.e. strategic planning for the future of the organization or informal – i.e. review/redesign of technical processes.

All sessions are built around specifically written guidelines, goals and objectives and maintain their focus on the desired outcome. A written summary of the session is provided and follow up support on issues is available.
